Meditation and Breathing
We are all in a process of getting back into ourselves, our bodies and our human experience.
Breath work, meditation and conscious living in our bodies is an important step on that journey.

In a meditation and breathwork session. you will learn different breathing techniques and practice them so you can use them in your daily life as well as meditations and visualizations to remain present in your experiences.
